Breath Taking work here. I love the paint feel, that you must have done in painter, and then also some of the harder and more digital edges done with Photoshop.

The composition of this picture is quiet spectacular. The way the drama slowly builds with the smaller/further away dragons growling at the other goblins, (sorry if this is wrong) until the final climax, the dragon chasing the other goblin.
The grey colours work very well, and it looks great that the fire illuminates the only colour on the dragons and the way its eyes glow.
The texture on the dragon is amazing. I like how it really stands out by the thick and well-defined outlining.
I think you have done a wonderful job
